Our items of handmade furniture are made from solid red wood pine, which is a natural product and is not like your average mass produced shop bought items. We take much time and care with every piece we make and not one piece will be identical to another.
This particular Kitchen Island has a Butchers Block'Style' chunky top which is 3 thick. The table frame and legs have been painted in quality Farrow& Ball in the colour Off Black in their dead flat option, then waxed and finally the edges have been distressed, to give a Shabby Chic feel. Whilst the chunky 3 inch top, and slatted shelf have been given a rustic oak stain and clear wax finish to show the beautiful grain. You are welcome to collect items yourself.
